On my end, only one of the three images appear in similarity.db. This is after
doing a full rebuild a few times (three, maybe four), and also after clicking
on "Rebuild all fingerprints" in the Find duplicates panel with the albums
containing these images selected.

I feel like I'm not making any headway resolving this.Should I consider
deleting the collection and .db files and starting over from zero?
