Measurement table, sources and suggested fixes

Attaching the rest of the report as a file: the measurement table with the
exact request signatures, where the rules live, two configuration discrepancies
I ran into, who the rules reach, and the suggested fixes. Posting it inline was
rejected by the spam filter twice, most likely because of the raw browser
signature strings.
