While investigating this issue, I noticed that the handbook still describes the
old workflow where users have to manually edit quote source definitions when an
online provider changes

 Since KMyMoney now supports installing predefined quote sources and updates
via the Install button, I've prepared a documentation update to reflect the
current behavior.
