I've adjusted the rules on the production bugs.kde.org system now. 

When it comes to blocking bots when Ansible is rolled out, we'll likely use
something different as some scrapers are now spoofing the most recent Windows
User Agents, making UA blocking ineffective against those bots. Something like
ALTCHA is likely to be the replacement.
