this one should be fixed with the next KDE Frameworks release.  version 6.29.0

keeping in mind that this is only about the holidays listed in the Israel
holidays file.
If there are wrong/missing holidays then we'll need to adjust the holiday_il_he
and holiday_il_en-us files accordingly.

for all Jewish holidays I'm also working on restoring the Jewish Calendar
plugin for KOrganizer.  stay tuned for that.

For the record: the fix does not require any changes to Qt.  I dug through very
old source code that has been laying around in pieces in a couple places and
put things back together.
