Fix ignoring files with executable flag set

Fixing a bug preventing image files with executable flag set to be indexed and
shown in Time views (Years, Months, Weeks and Days in left sidebar)

When I signed the bug I thought it was caused by date so program ignores files
with create date before OS or Koko installation, but when debugging I've found
this problem. I really can't imagine shorter fix than this.
