DESCRIPTION
1080p monitor and 1440p monitor, both with a 32px bottom panel, are both
reported as having a usable height of 1048 when the 1440 monitor should have
1408

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Backup and create fresh config at
~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc and restart
2. Only one panel (on the 1440p monitor) - usable height is reported correctly
3. Add a new panel to the bottom of the 1080p monitor

OBSERVED RESULT
The usable height on both monitors is now reported as the usable height of the
1080p monitor (1048)

EXPECTED RESULT
The usable height for the 1080p monitor should be 1048 and the usable height
for the 1440p monitor should be 1408

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This happens regardless of if the 1080p monitor is on the left or right and if
it is the primary screen or not. Setting the 1080p monitor panel to be on the
side gets the 1440p monitor to report the correct usable height.
This mostly just affects the position of non-system notifications from apps
e.g. Steam.
Tested usable height using DisplayServer.screen_get_usable_rect in Godot for
each screen
