The OpenGL warnings are almost certainly not related to your problem.

Do you still see the stutter with 6.7.3? There is an EGL issue we worked ar=
ound
there.

If it's still happening, if you add
KWIN_USE_OVERLAYS=3D0
in /etc/environment and reboot, does that help?
