Nightly Flatpak build. This is a regression; it used to work a few weeks ago
IIRC.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Drag an image file into a chat window
2. Type some text below it, in the place where the caption would go
3. Send the message

OBSERVED RESULT
The image is sent with the caption set to its file name. The caption you wr=
ote
in step 2 is ignored

EXPECTED RESULT
The image's caption is set to what you wrote in step 2.
