say there is no brushes available but they are all there and activated

I'm experiencing a random issue where all brush presets disappear when Krita
starts.

Version:

Krita 5.3.3
Windows

Steps to reproduce:

Open Krita.
Close Krita normally.
Open Krita again later.
Sometimes all brush presets are missing.

Observed behavior:

The brush preset list is completely empty.
Krita says there are no brush presets available.
The default resource bundles are still enabled in the Resource Manager.
Sometimes simply closing Krita and opening it again immediately restores all
brush presets.
Other times I have to rebuild/delete the resource cache, which only fixes t=
he
problem temporarily.
The issue occurs randomly and is not reproducible every launch.

Expected behavior:
Brush presets should always load correctly when Krita starts.

Additional information:

This started after updating to the 5.3.x series.
The problem also occurred on version 5.3.2.1 and still happens on 5.3.3.
The resource bundles are not disabled or missing; they remain enabled even =
when
the brush preset list is empty.
