Would selecting Installed from the left navigator and searching for pulseau=
dio
work for this?  When I tried it yesterday, on my system only the Pulseaudio
Volume Control showed up and it had a red X next to it, which I assume meant
"Uninstall".  My Neon seems to be updating normally now, so if one were to
uninstall everything other than the Pulseaudio Volume Control would that
resolve the conflicts and allow the giant update?
