DESCRIPTION
When i right click and move the cursor to select a portion of the document a
blueish square appears of the selection and that updates when moving the cu=
rsor
because it's tied to the move cursor signal. But if I don't move the cursor=
 at
all and scroll, the selection box does not update because it is not tied to=
 the
scroll signal.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select a portion of the document with right click.
2. Try not to move the mouse around.
3. Scroll up or down

OBSERVED RESULT
Selection box does not change it's size and does not follow the cursor.

EXPECTED RESULT
Selection box updates its size and follows the cursor.
