Mismatching icons for apps on the Applications tab

DESCRIPTION
Nitpick, but this report is to acknowledge that this happens.

Right after opening systemmonitor or after a few updates, icons may misarrange
and the wrong icon may show up alongside the wrong process.

In the screenshot, the Telegram icon is shown on the qBitTorrent process, the
Konsole icon on the Telegram process, and the qBitTorrent icon in the Konsole
process. The rest of the icons seem correctly matched.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open systemmonitor
2. Wait - this probably will or not happen

OBSERVED RESULT
Icons don't match the apps

EXPECTED RESULT
Icons should always match the apps they represent
