DESCRIPTION
Musicbrainz and freedb lookup are both disabled. Presumably k3b will use the
local cddb lookup, but it doesn't, it will just leave Album info and Tracks
info as blank.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Musicbrainz and/or freedb lookup
2. Insert audio cd that has an entry in Musicbrainz or freedb, wait for album
and track info to be displayed in k3b
3. Make some changes to album or track info then click "Save CD Info Locally"
4. Look in the cache locations specified in k3b settings and find the
appropriate cd info file, verify the contents are correct.
5. Disable both Musicbrainz and freedb lookup
6. Eject cd, close and restart k3b
7. Insert audio cd, now k3b displays blank info for album and tracks.


OBSERVED RESULT
Album and tracks info are blank

EXPECTED RESULT
k3b should read the info from local cache
