STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable word-wrap.
2. Copy and paste some text. Scroll to the bottom and scroll up a little bit so
that the last line's last few on-screen lines are not visible. 
3. Click somewhere in the middle of the last line, and rapidly drag to the
beginning of the line.

OBSERVED RESULT
The view scrolls up so you end up selecting the last part of one line above the
line. It's difficult to explain it with words. See the attached screen
recording.

EXPECTED RESULT
The view does not scroll up and you selection ends at the beginning of the last
line.
