DESCRIPTION
After I switch desktop either using pager, keyboard shortcut or even touchpad
the overview gets disabled for 1-2 seconds so i can’t reach the overview
immediately.

Also the delay doesn’t happen if I switch to the fade animation or turn off the
animation completely when switching virtual desktops.

I have hot corner activation delay set to 25 and reactivation delay set to 100

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make sure your desktop switching animation is on and set to "slide". Also
make sure you have set activation delay of hot corner to something low like
25ms and reactivation delay  like 80 or 100ms.
2. Place the pager near the hot corner you have set for viewing the overview,
so that you can quickly navigate.
3. Switch desktop with pager, or keyboard, or touchpad (if done with touchpad
do it slowly).
4. Immediately try to reach the overview.

OBSERVED RESULT
- The overview gets disabled for some time (1-2 secs) when tried to activate
after switching desktop and the desktop animation is set to slide. 
- There is no such delay when overview is accessed after switching desktop with
the overview itself (probably because the slide animation is skipped if
switched too fast).
- Also there is no such delay if desktop switching animation is set to fade or
turned off altogether.

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be no such deactivation of overview on desktop switch irrespective
of desktop animations.

terminal window):

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Probably the deactivation is to let the animations complete but this disrupts
the workflow and feels less fluid.
