On KDE neon User Edition (noble), KRDC cannot be installed because the
currently published Neon FreeRDP 3.30 package has an unsatisfied dependency.

Affected packages:
  krdc 4:26.04.3-0zneon+24.04+noble+release+build38
  freerdp3 / libfreerdp-client3-3 3.30.0+dfsg-1+24.04+noble+release+build3

`krdc` depends on `freerdp3-wayland` and `freerdp3-x11`. The Neon build of
`libfreerdp-client3-3` declares:

  Depends: ... libsso-mib0 (>= 0.5.0), ...

However, the package is absent from all configured KDE neon User Edition and
Ubuntu Noble repositories:

  $ apt-cache policy libsso-mib0
  libsso-mib0:
    Installed: (none)
    Candidate: (none)

`sudo apt-get -s install krdc` fails with:

  libfreerdp-client3-3 : Depends: libsso-mib0 (>= 0.5.0) but it is not
installable

For comparison, Ubuntu Noble's own `libfreerdp-client3-3` package version
`3.30.0+dfsg-0ubuntu0.24.04.2` does not depend on libsso-mib0. The affected
version is the package published by KDE neon (`Maintainer: Neon CI`).

There is also an installed legacy `freerdp2-x11` that conflicts with
`freerdp-x11`, but removing it does not address the missing `libsso-mib0`
dependency.

Expected result: the KDE neon repository should publish a satisfiable FreeRDP
dependency set, either by publishing `libsso-mib0` / its source package for
Noble or by rebuilding FreeRDP without the unavailable dependency.
