DESCRIPTION
on Librewolf, if you swipe with 2 fingers left/right, it goes back/forward
through the websites, as if user clicked back/forward navigation buttons.
I think this could be added to dolphin, even a swipe up to go up on the
filesystem.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open dolphin
2. swipe left/right to browse back/forward
3. dolphin navigates back/forward, like if user clicked the navigation arrow
buttons.
