[knetattach] [Bug 514384] Trying to connect to an sftp share gets stuck with an unresponsive "Host Verification Failure" window

I have a fresh stock install of Kubuntu

When adding ssh share via Dolphin's "Add Network Folder"
I get "Host Verification Failure - KDE Network Wizard"  Dialog box,
that asks if I want to Connect Anyway or Cancel for a given key fingerprint.

I can move the dialog but not press any button or close it.

meanwhile there is a notification on my screens top corner from KNetAttach
with a spin-cycle  progress bar going nowhere and stating :
"Examining
Opening SFTP connection to host xxx.yyy:zzz"
And I can chose to pause or cancel.

I have waited a long time 5-10min, no change.

if I cancel I get Yet another dialog :
Error - KDE Network Wizzard
Unable to connect to server. Please check your settings and try again.

rinse and repeat
