DESCRIPTION

When I enter a new operation, the "Number" field is automatically set even when
not needed. Not only that
but that field is set at a value way far in the past.

Previous versions of KMM usually kept the last used Number and automatically
incremented it by 1.

Changing it by hand does _nothing_ the next time an operation is created... And
the next time KMM is started. Double-clicking inside the field does not update
it to the right value anymore.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new operation
2. Look at the "Number" field


OBSERVED RESULT
The "Number" field is set to a very old value.

EXPECTED RESULT
The "Number" field should be set to the last one + 1 (for each account) and
empty for non bank check operations.
