[plasma-login-manager] [Bug 517490] Black screen when I turn on my PC with monitor off

The issue STILL persists. However, now it no longer crash. Following
reproducing step, I still see the black screen with cursor, but now I cannot
find the process in crashed process.

Running `journalctl /usr/lib/plasma-login-greeter  -b`

With screen on:
