Nothing in that code path logs anything today, so I'm running a plasmashell build from Plasma/6.7 with extra logging around PanelView::updateExclusiveZone() and ShellCorona::handleScreenOrderChanged(), and reproducing it in a nested kwin with virtual outputs instead of waiting for a real 20 minute display-off cycle.
