Blender Open Movie exampe with hard edges (kdenlive) and soft edge (via Gimp)

DESCRIPTION
Hello, I want to suggest to implement the possibility to add soft edges on
blurred or pixelated areas from the effect motion tracker. To better understand
what I mean see the attachment. I did not find any possibility to do this in
kdenlive via motion tracker.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start kdenlive project of you choice
2. add the effect "motion tracker"
3. try to add soft edges to the blurred or pixelated area

OBSERVED RESULT
No possibility available
