STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install tesseract-data-jpn
2. Go to https://news.web.nhk/news/easy/
3. Use Spectacle to extract Japanese text 
4. Paste result in a file

OBSERVED RESULT
Characters with extra spaces in between each character
