[Elisa] [Bug 522927] flatpak version: no way to apply user made color-scheme from the submenu in the gui

It seems to be much better now.
When I give at installation of the flatpak
flatpak override --system --filesystem=xdg-data/color-schemes:ro org.kde.elisa
extra, than I can select my custom color-schemes from the menu in Elisa and
apply them.
Further my window decoration keeps on not following any change in the
color-scheme so I made a kwin rule to apply a color-scheme on the top bar. And
that works well.
