I selected the window placement policy 'Centered'.
When I open a restored (normal) window, it is correctly placed in the center.
However, when I open a maximized window and then click the Restore button, the
window is placed in the top-left corner (0,0) instead of being placed in the
center. The size is correct, but the position is wrong.
Expected behavior:
When a window is opened maximized and then restored for the first time, it
should be placed according to the selected placement policy.
