The amount of duplicates closed and still open of this bug is large. This
phenomena really confuses users, including myself (one of the reasons and
motivations for me to visit  KDE's bugzilla and get stuck in), Is this a Baloo
tweak (as mentioned in Comment 13 or is there a more systemic issue?
