DESCRIPTION


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect a phone to the PC using wifi.
2. Disconnect the phone from the wifi.

OBSERVED RESULT
After a while, the process kdeconnectd starts using 100% cpu. If you connect
back the phone to the wifi, kdeconnect doesn't detect it. 
I can't reproduce this each time, but it happens about every time I leave the
house with my phone.

The computer is connected to the network both via wifi, and via an ethernet
cable.
