[frameworks-kio] [Bug 523840] apps freeze/memory leak when requesting file picker to open/save files

forgot to add: I use librewolf, and I set it to use KDE own file picker, and
for some reason it works as expected. so something else is happening that other
apps either freeze for a moment, or just freeze completely, forcing me to force
kill/quit them.
