Re-tested on 6.7.4 now that Fedora shipped it, but since it only just landed,
so far I've only reproduced it by hand:

  $ /usr/bin/plasma-discover --headless-update &
  $ busctl --user list | grep '^org.kde.discover '
  org.kde.discover 63567 plasma-discover celsoalexandre :1.249
[email protected] - -
  $ gio launch /usr/share/applications/org.kde.discover.desktop ; echo
"exit=$?"
  exit=0
  $ pgrep -af plasma-discover
  63567 /usr/bin/plasma-discover --headless-update

Menu and CLI launches both exit 0 silently.
