DESCRIPTION
When accessing Configuration then Filter configuration in kmail, and if it
shows tags directly in the panel, then it shows akonadi:?tag=N in the combo box
instead of tag name

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have some tags created (I have 4 in my case)
2. Start a filter configuration panel which defaults to "tag" 


OBSERVED RESULT
Shows "akonadi:?tag=4" or any other number previously selected, then unrolling
combo box have all correct names

EXPECTED RESULT
Should show the name corresponding to the tag index

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window):
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.28.0
Qt Version:  6.11.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I know it's because tags combo are filled asynchronously, and value selection
in combo box may be done before combo are populated by tasks.
