[digikam] [Bug 523957] It is not possible to drag photos within the same album to arrange them according to your own scheme

I'd like to manually drag and drop photos into my album to arrange them in
the way I want. I often have photos taken by different people at different
times, so I arrange them as I want based on my own mental order, not by
date, time, name, etc.
