Minimize animation won't play when window moved on another screen

DESCRIPTION
If I move window to another screen with another panel minimize/restore
animation won't play until I manually press minimize button in window
decorations. It will only start playing after that, if I'll minimize window by
using keyboard shortcuts only (Meta+PgDn) it will never play at all.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create window on one screen
2. Move it to another screen with keyboard shortcut (Meta + Shift + Left/Right)
3. Minimize it (either using keyboard shortcut or button in window decoration)

OBSERVED RESULT
Window will be minimize instantly, without playing animation

EXPECTED RESULT
It should play minimize animation
