DESCRIPTION
Trying to type or clicking on a search field pops up the on-screen virtual
keyboard, despite the the setting being turned off. Keyboard and windows are
flickering, inputs don't register most of the time.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Just open something and try to type
2. Experience agony

OBSERVED RESULT
Idk. Can't do anything right now.
