DESCRIPTION
Unplugging a controller and then replugging it makes it so that the sidebar
focus goes to the next KCM. It's also not possible to click on the controller
kcm to reselect it. Very minor visual bug as it doesn't affect functionaluty

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Plug a controller
2. Go to kcm_gamecontroller
3. Unplug the controller
4. Replug the controller

OBSERVED RESULT
Th sidebar focus is not on the correct KCM and clicking on it does nothing

EXPECTED RESULT
The KCM should stay visible in the sidebar as long as it's in view.
