DESCRIPTION
Any partition I create with LUKS or LUKS2 on my drive cannot be unlocked with
Partition Manager

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Insert a USB device
2. Open Partition Manager
3. Create a LUKS or LUKS2 partition on it
4. Eject the drive after applying settings and place the drive back in
5. Attempt to unlock the partition

OBSERVED RESULT
Error: The encrypted file system on partition ‘/dev/sdd1’ could not be
unlocked.

EXPECTED RESULT
The partition is unlocked
