Ellipse is in a drop-down to the right of the Rectangle icon (Gwenview 25.04.3 on Leap 16.0). Gwenview also has Number & Text with Pointer & Arrow options, I don't see that in the UI for Spectacle (6.4.2 on Leap 16.0). These can be very handy if you want to draw attention to multiple points. Putting Spectacle and Gwenview side-by-side made me notice the effort that's gone into trying to avoid feature/UI overload in both apps by their awesome developers. Thank you!
