Found two more issues:
 * When using the "switch to window mode"/"switch to fullscreen mode" multiple
times, eventually the secondary screen only shows a blank black screen, the
mouse cursor is rendered properly when moving the cursor over. But trying to
drag a window over doesn't work and the primary screen acts like there is no
secondary screen and it just shows the Windows tiling rectangle at the screen
border.

 * Sometimes either on reconnect or after switching from window mode to
fullscreen mode key presses aren't captured by KRDC and no keyboard input is
possible. Toggling the keyboard capture button in the hover bar fixes this.
