Gave things some look by adding lots of qdebug-fprinting, and found some issue
which was triggering this in KXmlGuiWindow::saveNewToolbarConfig(), That
reinserts just the first KXMLGUIClient (the shell/main) one, which though then
results in this being at the end of the list of clients. While code elsewhere,
e.g. in KEditToolBar, assumes the first client is the shell/main one. But with
Konsole here the first then is the one of the SessionController, which is
no-where intended. So on next rebuilding of the UI after applying a change in
KEditToolBar this then brings disorder to the whole system.

Worked on a patch to fix this in KXmlGui, coming up next, so reassigning
already the bug to there.

Testing it though confirmed what already was assumed in
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=501058#c2, that other bug is due to a
different issue (will note my current assumption as comment there next).
