SUMMARY

After upgrading from kwin/plasma-workspace 6.7.3 to 6.7.4, window compositing
breaks on every boot. The desktop loads, but windows do not behave normally
(no proper compositing/decorations) until I manually kill and restart the
compositor with "kwin_wayland --replace &", at which point everything works
correctly for the rest of the session.

Downgrading kwin and plasma-workspace back to 6.7.3 completely resolves the
issue across multiple full reboots. This points to a regression introduced
between 6.7.3 and 6.7.4.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run KDE Plasma 6.7.4 (Wayland session) on an AMD RX 7600 (RDNA3).
2. Reboot the system normally (full shutdown/cold boot, not resume from
   suspend).
3. Log in through SDDM as usual.

OBSERVED RESULT
Windows do not work/compose normally after login. Running
"kwin_wayland --replace &" from a terminal immediately fixes it for the rest
of the session. This happens on every single cold boot while on 6.7.4.

Journal shows, right at KWin startup:

kwin_wayland[1794]: Invalid framebuffer status:
"GL_FRAMEBUFFER_INCOMPLETE_ATTACHMENT"
kwin_wayland[1794]: Invalid framebuffer status:
"GL_FRAMEBUFFER_INCOMPLETE_ATTACHMENT"

EXPECTED RESULT
Windows should compose normally after every boot without needing to manually
restart the compositor.
