[kmymoney] [Bug 524131] Version 5.2.2-f91d4b82e shows a number of oddly named unused payees that come back after being deleted

I recreated my file by importing a parallel file from Gnucash (I use both and keep the data in sync). All was well until I started adjusting payees and merging various payee names.
