  Target Milestone: ---

Hello,

After a recent update on Arch Linux, I am getting white lines flashing and
blinking on my screen whenever I adjust the brightness or toggle between Light
and Dark modes.

This happens on KDE Plasma (kwin 6.7.4-3) using Wayland with an AMD GPU (amdgpu
driver). I am using the linux-lts kernel, and the bug still persists there.
However, it does not happen on Fedora Live.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Change brightness up or down.
2. Toggle between light and dark theme.

Result: White lines blink for a split second.

Thanks.
