I see what you're describing. Other details I observe in the screenshot: The Trash and Printer icons have the correct dimensions The custom icon is more narrow than wide, and after the update is square I'm not able to reproduce this on Plasma 6.7.3 with Frameworks 6.28.0, or Plasma built from git-master with Frameworks 6.29.0 Can you attach a copy of the icon you've used in the screenshot?
