A comment by the original author (could have been me) left behind more than 17 years ago when he wrote the payee removal code: // TODO : check if we have a report that explicitly uses one of our payees // and issue an appropriate warning I can't trace it back to the original commit as this was done when we still used SVN and that is long gone. Anyway, with all that information collected we are able to fix it. Thanks to all involved in the investigation so far.
