DESCRIPTION

When the gloable session is closed, then restarted, konsole tabs/working
directories are not restored on Wayland

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open konsole
2. change directory
3. exit Plasma session
4. start new session -> konsole is restarted in $HOME

OBSERVED RESULT

As above, konsole is restarted with default values

EXPECTED RESULT

konsole should change the directory to the last working directory. In a perfect
universe, the text buffer would also be restored as under OSX, but getting back
the directory would already be very nice.
