DESCRIPTION
If android is tethered to iOS personal hotspot, iPhone cannot receive
files/photos. Error is no route to host.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On iOS, turn on personal hotspot
2. Connect android to hotspot
3. Attempt to send file/s with KDE connect active on both devices 

OBSERVED RESULT
No route to host

EXPECTED RESULT
Files received

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If iOS is tethered to android personal hotspot, it receives.
