My distro (fedora rawhide)  upgraded to kf6-6.29.
Since then, my service menus using `X-KDE-Submenu` no longer work.

I have a  root action submenu.
When I open the context menu configuration, the submenu and actions appear in
the settings.
However, nothing appears when using the mouse.

If I remove `X-KDE-Submenu` from the `.desktop` file, the actions reappear in
the context menu, proving that the `X-KDE-Submenu` option is no longer being
recognized.
