Yeah fair enough.

Detecting a lack of wi-fi is easy enough, but detecting the lack of a camera is
trickier without pulling in enough dependencies to make our choice of
delegating this to an external app pointless.

So we could hide it when there's no wi-fi, but that wouldn't cover the case of
a device with wi-fi but no camera.
