Just wanted to about this a normal experience for me on apt update/upgrade. I
can be moving an application windows or watching video playback in the browser
and during the heavy IO, the entire screen with freeze for a brief moment
(approaching a half second of stutter, typically happens multiple times even if
I'm only updating a half dozen applications).
This makes doing any work, gaming, or general multitasking range from difficult
to impossible.
