DESCRIPTION
Can a utility be written that helps identify why the importer did not match two
exact transaction? 
For example, it would be nice if I could feed it two transaction IDs, and the
utility goes out to find the transactions and then run through the matching
rules. Once it hits a situation that causes it to not be a match, the utility
should print the attribute/values of both transactions that were compared and
which one did not match.
